Officials have recovered a body from Lake Murray after searching for an Irmo man who jumped from a boat Saturday.
A fisherman spotted the body and called authorities between 4 and 5 p.m. Wednesday, Department of Natural Resources spokesman Robert McCullough said.
Responders were able to recover the person near Susie Ebert Island.
The Richland County Coroner’s Office will identify the body and determine if it’s the man who went missing over the weekend.
