South Carolina down its point guard for a third straight game
Hassani Gravett is out again.
South Carolina announced Saturday that its starting point guard will miss the Vanderbilt game with a sprained ankle. Gravett, who started USC’s first 12 games this season and leads the Gamecocks in assists, hasn’t played since Dec. 27 against Limestone.
The junior has now missed three straight games.
Tip-time between the Gamecocks (9-5, 0-2 SEC) and Commodores (6-8, 1-1) is 6:45 p.m. The game will air on SEC Network.
