East Bay Deli is coming to Lexington

The Charleston-based deli that has already made a name for itself in the Midlands in Columbia and West Columbia has confirmed that it will soon open a location in Lexington.

A specific location and a targeted opening date cannot be released at this time, according to East Bay's director of marketing Joanna Jaicks.

East Bay Deli opened its first location in the Midlands at 1426 Main St. in The Hub apartment complex in 2016. Last May, a location opened in the former Atlanta Bread Co. home at 108 Sunset Ct. across from Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia.

First opened in Charleston in 2001, East Bay is a New York-style deli with a Southern twist and has repeatedly been voted Charleston's best deli.
