A popular Mexican restaurant that already has two Midlands locations is adding a third.
Na’cho Margarita, which has restaurants on the shores of Lake Murray and near downtown Lexington, said on social media that it is planning an additional eatery at 2064 Wilson Road in Newberry.
“We are thrilled to open a 3rd location of our popular restaurant,” Na’cho Margarita Newberry says in its Facebook profile. “We bring more than traditional Mexican food, we offer a unique take on traditional dishes and one of a kind seafood creations. Don’t forget about our delicious margaritas (it’s in our name).”
An opening date for the Newberry Na’cho Margarita has not been publicly announced, but the company said on Facebook that an announcement could be coming “very soon.”
Na’cho Margarita opened its first Midlands Mexican restaurant in 2023 at 745 Marina Way in Prosperity, on the shores of Lake Murray. It then opened a second location in July 2025 at 712 W. Main St. near downtown Lexington.
The menu at Na’cho Margarita features a host of Mexican favorites, including nachos, sizzling fajitas, flautas, quesadillas, chimichangas, burritos and more. There also is a steak menu, including the Steak Mexicano, which is ribeye steak cooked with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes, served with rice and beans. As you might expect at a place called Na’cho Margarita, there also is menu dedicated to margaritas, with flavors including strawberry, mango, banana and peach.
