The man suspected of shooting a woman in an apparent road rage incident was arrested Wednesday night, according to the Columbia Police Department.
Wanted for attempted murder, Charles Touhey turned himself in to investigators around 6 p.m., according to a tweet from the Columbia Police Department.
Touhey was identified in the morning by police as the suspect in the shooting that occurred Tuesday afternoon, The State reported.
