Lucky gambler with ‘magic touch’ wins slot machine jackpot with $2.50 bet in Las Vegas

A lucky gambler scored a slot machine jackpot in Las Vegas with only a couple of dollars and some change.

Now, the player is $10,883 richer.

The visitor sat at a Dragon Link slot machine at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, the casino said in an Oct. 22 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The gambler bet $2.50, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

“Travis has the magic touch!” the casino said.

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino is about a 1-mile drive west from the Strip.

Another gambler recently scored a slot machine jackpot in Vegas.

A lucky player bet 50 cents on a a Smokin’ Hot Stuff slot machine at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall and won $11,701.17, McClatchy News reported.

The casino posted about the win Oct. 21.
