Three killed, another person injured when car flips over near SC road, cops say
Three people were killed and another was seriously injured Saturday when a car hit a utility pole and flipped over in an early-morning crash, the South Carolina Highway Patrol said.
The single-vehicle collision happened at about 6:30 a.m. on Indian Branch Road in Darlington County, according to Master Trooper David Jones.
A 2008 Dodge Charger was driving west on Indian Branch Road when it ran off the right side of the road, where it crashed into the utility pole and overturned, Jones said.
